I will start by repeating alot of what has been posted....Great event. I seriously had a blast this weekend, and honestly I don't know if its because I'm becoming more comfortable with role playing or if everyone has just stepped it up this year but great job to everyone. It's awesome how people interact with eachother and the relationships that develope between characters as events unfold. I love the plots and stories going on in game, and not to criticize previous plots, but these all feel like it's something that can be accomplished. It was truly a great getaway and a ton of fun. Thankyou again to everyone. You seriously made my weekend.

A couple of quick "shout outs"

One a huge thankyou to the staff. I know its alot of work and I really appreciate the fact that you guys are willing to do this so we have these events. And thats all I'm saying on that because I don't think I can handle another "mom" comment....Travis.

And to all the new people in the event. I didn't get to interact with you a whole lot but I really hope you continue to come to these events so I can. Next time I won't be so busy. It was great to see new faces.

Speaking of interaction...all the men wearing kilts...yeah, your kilts are much too long...I recommend shortening them...alot...then maybe standing on top of a hill while it's windy out....while us girls take pictures from below. >=) Just a suggestion...

Also! We're going to start doing mandatory kilt checks! That's right, men...at any given moment, the girls in town get to make sure your adhering to proper kilt regulations! ^_~

We're all about rules here at Winter Haven! I'm just keeping the peace...it's a tough job, but hey, someone's gotta go it....ohohoho!! ^o^

Thank you, Stark, for the wonderful suggestion! ^_^ See you all next event!

i have mixed feelings about this event, but they are mostly in game problems so this isn't the place to state them. i had an absolute blast this event those that i roleplayed with both my characters stayed in character and had intense roleplaying most of the time. to those of you who really pushed the limits in roleplaying i thank you, you made my event.

gms, thanks for staying up all friday night and letting me bug you with any random thing i could think of.

even though there was a large amount of death i would have to say that i Loved the first interaction my character ever had with the pirates. where the towns official money changer calls out for the townsfolk to attack the pirates and no one moves forward and the pirates attack again with their cannon and we were saved once more by the breaking of a focus item. and we were commanded to attack again well considering i was the only one between us and them i gave it my all...sad to say i fell short of amazing and fell to a few cuts of their blades but it was increadably intence.

thank you all the new players every thing i heard and saw was amazing great job. awesome costuming, great roleplaying and in many cases beter fighting. keep it up and i hope to see you next time.
