Is there any reason whatsoever that would prevent me from fighting with two pick hammers, as a good little Craftsman girl should? **^_^**

As long as you have a dual wield skill and the weapons meet the size requirements then there should be no issue with using two pick hammers.

... if someone can swing a frying pan, ain't no reason ya can't use a pick hammer... but make sure they meet proper weapon rules, or are approved by the the GM staff (the test is to place you in a bag and beat you with your own weapon for 30 seconds, and if you don't beg for it to stop, it's approved... j/k.) But, seriously, try to keep the attacking point of such a weapon pretty soft for the sake of the NPCs. :)

Otherwise, like Phil said, make sure that your character is able to wield two (bludgeoning) weapons with the rules mechanics. :)

And remember... no hooking with your weapons. With pick axes, I can kinda see a potential for that.
